Welcome to the Wrap Project
Support for Recovery, Families, and Second Chances
The WRAP Project—Working to Recover, Assist, and Prevent—is a trusted community based organization serving Oklahoma’s District 27. We offer wraparound behavioral health and prevention services that empower youth, families, and justice-involved individuals to build healthier lives. Through relationship and parenting education, employment support, and recovery resources, WRAP helps people navigate challenges and find stability. Whether it’s court advocacy, GED testing, housing assistance, or life skills training, WRAP connects individuals to the tools they need to succeed. Our mission is built on collaboration, and a commitment to breaking cycles of poverty, substance use, and hardship—one person, one family, one community at a time.
